One of the finest and most well-known tea from the Ooyee (Wuyi) mountain. It is one of the four famous Ooyee (Wuyi) mountain blue teas, it has a delicate taste and soothing aroma and the reason for the calling this a blue tea is because the mountain is made from blue-gray color rocks that consists of many minerals.
Temperature: 190F, Boiling first then let water sit for 1 min; Use: 1 tablespoon per 5 ounces of water; Infusion time: 4-5 minutes.

I enjoy the taste and aroma this tea has. No bitter aftertaste. I’m sure it would also taste just as good over ice.
